I was fully prepared for that classic online shopping disappointment, but plot twist: it looks just like the pictures. i was a little shocked in the best way

I got my doll last week, the details are really lovely. The clothes fit nicely, and the tiny painted parts look like they were done with a lot of care. It definitely doesn’t feel rushed. That said, I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response, which kind of took away from the excitement a bit. Still, the doll itself is really well made.

I gave doll.com 5 stars mostly because the prices were actually fair, fair enough that I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. I checked a few other sites before ordering, and this one just seemed more reasonable. Shipping was okay too, okay in the sense that there weren’t any weird extra fees popping up at checkout. Overall it was a simple, simple experience, and I’d buy from them again...

The doll was fine overall, but I guess I just assumed the facial details would be cleaner for the price. The eyes looked a little uneven to me, and the paint around the lips was kind of messy. It’s not terrible, but based on how these usually look in the photos, I expected it to be better.

The doll feels nice and sturdy, not flimsy or anything. The dress was really cute too, nicer than I was expecting.
